RTRLAW is a growing, successful law firm with seven offices located throughout the state of Florida and one office in Texas. We are currently seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney for our Fort Lauderdale, Lake Worth or Orlando offices (Southeast Florida) with 2+ years’ of workers’ compensation litigation experience. This is not a remote position.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $125,000 Base Salary + Comm. on settled cases, commensurate based on experience . Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, commission on cases brought into our firm for any area of law that we handle (minus PIP).

Responsibilities:

This position involves representation of injured workers. The position has incredible growth opportunity to eventually supervise your own caseload and earn salary and profit share. Qualifications:

Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. 2+ years of workers compensation experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish, a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent client service and communication skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Candidates that are very motivated to learn quickly, deal with clients directly and work towards an amazing bonus are best for this position.
