Our practice focuses on civil litigation involving real property , including but not limited to:

• Contract litigation
• Evictions
• Lien and mortgage foreclosures
• Partition actions
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Probate and Trust Litigation
• Other related real estate and business litigation matters

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have: ✔ Experience or strong interest in civil litigation (Florida Bar membership required) ✔ Ability to work independently while receiving mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys ✔ A positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with clients, colleagues, and the local community ✔ Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills ✔ Commitment to producing excellent work product and maintaining a high level of professionalism

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a caseload of litigation matters with supervision and support
• Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, negotiations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
• Take part in firm marketing and community outreach activities
