Job Posting:
Donley Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is seeking a professional and experienced attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the legal profession. Experience in probate, guardianship, and/or estate planning is required. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare petitions, motions, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research on LexisNexis. Attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions. Conduct consultations for potential clients. Utilize MyCase case management software. Assists in the development and implementation of related legal procedures and best practices. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Skilled in preparing clear, concise and accurate documents including. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
