Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
( Other duties may be assigned) Ability to manage files from inception to trial. Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Strong academic credentials. Excellent research and writing abilities. Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and strong work ethic. Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida with good standing.
