Compensation:

Starting Salary – 118,500 – Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff

Qualifications:

Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association – active member preferred Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must About Company We are looking for energetic, self-starters who have a great attitude and want a rewarding, long-term career.
