Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with a strong ability to advise clients on asset protection, tax strategies, and wealth preservation. This position is on a hybrid schedule and can report out of the Naples or Fort Myers office.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
Provide legal counsel on estate tax planning and asset protection strategies.
Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters.
Collaborate with financial advisors and tax professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
2+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
