We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with experience in either transactional or litigation matters to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate issues, including complex commercial transactions and property disputes. The ideal candidate brings practical legal insight, client-first thinking, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, you can report out of either the Naples or Fort Myers office.
Key Responsibilities:
Transactional Real Estate Work:
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements , commercial leases , and loan documents Conduct survey and title review and assist with due diligence Advise clients through all phases of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing Collaborate with lenders, developers, brokers, and title companies
Real Estate Litigation Work:
Represent clients in real property disputes including contract claims, lease disputes, title issues, and foreclosure actions Manage litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to resolve real estate disputes efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
