Salary:
$120,000- $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking aPermanent Associate Attorney to become a part of our dynamic andhighly respected Legal team. The successful candidate will beinvolved in high-stakes commercial litigation matters, providingcrucial support to our senior attorneys and serving clients with ahigh level of professionalism and expertise. Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all stages ofcommercial litigation, including pre-litigation strategy andnegotiation, relationship management, dispute resolution, trialpreparation, and post-trial proceedings. Draft and review variouslegal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals,agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. Conduct complex legalresearch and analysis to provide legal advice to clients. Developlitigation strategies and present case theories in court andarbitration proceedings. Provide legal support and advice to ourclients on commercial and business law matters. Participate inbusiness development activities to build and maintain clientrelationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws,regulations, legal articles, and recent court decisions related tocommercial litigation. Collaborate with a team of attorneys,paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the delivery ofhigh-quality legal services.
Job Details Qualifications:
JurisDoctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5years of experience in commercial litigation. Admission to thestate bar and in good standing. Proven track record of managingcomplex commercial litigation cases. Exceptional research,negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong analytical ability andproblem-solving skills to understand and provide legal advice oncomplex legal issues. Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and courtpersonnel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
