Salary:

Responsibilities:
Representclients in civil defense litigation cases involving insurancedefense, liability, product, premises, and auto claims Conductlegal research and analysis on various legal issues Draftpleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend depositions,hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate with clients, opposingcounsel, and other parties involved in the litigation processManage a caseload and meet deadlines Provide legal advice andguidance to clients
Job Details Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor(J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Active membershipin good standing with the Florida Bar, with a minimum of 2 years ofexperience practicing law. 3. Extensive experience in Civil DefenseLitigation, particularly in Insurance Defense cases. 4. Strongknowledge and understanding of liability, product, premises, auto,and trucking accident laws and regulations. 5. Proven ability tohandle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines withoutcompromising quality. 6. Excellent research, writing, and oraladvocacy skills. 7. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical andproblem-solving abilities. 8. Demonstrated ability to workindependently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 9.Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build andmaintain strong professional relationships. 10.
