The successful candidatewill be responsible for representing our firm and our clients inall legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advisingclients on legal transactions. KJob Details Responsibilities:

1. Represent the firm and its clientsin court and before government agencies, presenting evidence todefend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civillitigation. 2. Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents suchas wills, contracts, deeds, and lawsuits. 3. Conduct legal researchand analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, andregulations for individuals and businesses. 4. Advise clientsconcerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability ofprosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.5. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in line with the bestinterests of the client. 6. Stay updated with the latest legaltrends and legislation to provide accurate advice. 7. Liaise withteam members and clients to ensure timelines, expectations, andlegal requirements are clearly understood and met.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Mustbe a member in good standing with the state bar. 3. Minimum of 2years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically withlegal research, legal writing, litigation, commercial litigation,and legal assistance. 4. Proven track record of courtroom success.5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolvedisputes while preserving client relationships. 6. Excellentwritten and oral communication skills, with a particular talent forpersuasive argument. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to think strategically and make soundlegal judgments. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.9. Proficiency with legal research software and other relevantcomputer applications. 10.
