Litigation Attorney (Coverage & Bad Faith)

A respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Coverage and Bad Faith practice group. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Conduct legal research and draft coverage opinions. Handle Examinations Under Oath (EUOs). Draft and litigate declaratory judgment actions. Prepare and respond to discovery requests. Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and pre-suit matters including settlement negotiations. Manage multiple claims and maintain organized case files. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in Florida and/or Georgia. 3+ years of litigation experience required. Ability to commute to the firm’s office in Jacksonville for occasional onsite meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must meet the firm’s billing expectations.

$130,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
