Case Manager Phillips, Hunt & Walker 660 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204 Personal Injury Case Manager Our award winning, friendly office is now hiring. We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager.

Requirements:

Ability to manage a large volume of personal injury pre-lit cases at a time efficiently and effectively Ability to document work product in detail Ability to work in a faced paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and communicate promptly with colleagues Must have strong multi-tasking skills. Must continually provide excellent customer service to clients Excellent phone & typing skills. Strong Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Trial Works Software experience a plus but not a must. Is on time every day. Professionalism is a must for this position. Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be highly detail oriented

Responsibilities and Duties:

Frequent client contact by phone, mail, email and in person at times Consistently following office procedures for pre-litigation claims. Retrieving and analyzing records and reports necessary Assisting clients with medical providers Working directly with insurance carriers and other vendors Creating files, assisting with demands Negotiating successfully with providers regarding liens and client bills Reporting to supervisor/administration regarding case status, settlement charts and trust ledgers Other Duties as needed to complete tasks necessary for effective case management We offer competitive wages, bonuses and benefits, as well as a wonderful place to work.
