What You’llWork On:

A diverse caseload that may include product liability,fire and explosion cases, insurance defense, and other high-stakesmatters. Developing case strategies and drafting compelling legaldocuments, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Taking anddefending depositions, managing discovery, and engaging in trialpreparation. Representing clients at hearings, mediations,arbitrations, and trials as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

1 Years of litigation civil litigation experience, butwe also welcome candidates with transferable skills from otherlitigation areas.

Skills:

Strong litigation abilities, includinglegal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
