As a Commercial LitigationAttorney, you will: 1. Manage all aspects of commercial litigationincluding real estate litigation, construction liens, andconstruction defect claims. 2. Develop and implement litigationstrategies, and manage discovery and trial preparations. 3.Represent clients in court and before government agencies,presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation. 4.Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings,motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legalmemoranda. 5. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis tosupport case preparation. 6. Provide legal advice to clients,making recommendations based on sound legal judgment. 7. Fosterpositive relationships with clients, maintaining open communicationand ensuring client satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with a team ofattorneys and support staff to ensure the efficient and effectivehandling of cases.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role,you must have: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accreditedlaw school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3.2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus onreal estate litigation, construction liens, and construction defectclaims. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing complexcommercial litigation cases from start to finish. 5. Exceptionallegal research and writing skills. 6. Strong negotiation andadvocacy skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects,with a keen attention to detail. 8. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withclients, colleagues, and court personnel. 9. High level ofprofessionalism and ethical standards. 10. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. 11. Proficiency in using legalresearch software and Microsoft Office Suite. 12. Willingness tostay updated with latest developments in commercial litigation andrelated areas of law.
