Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience handling a full range of family law matters and a passion for advocating for clients during difficult times. Responsibilities Provide high-quality legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials. Advise clients on legal strategies and options to achieve the best outcomes. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service. Contribute to the firm’s overall success and growth through teamwork and collaboration. About You You are a dedicated and compassionate attorney with a strong background in family law and a desire to make a difference in clients’ lives. Requirements:
Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Minimum of two (2) years of experience handling family law cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
