The Opportunity:

Core Objectives:
To thrive in this role, you must be a commercially oriented strategist and legal operator . You should be comfortable making decisions in imperfect environments and aligning legal solutions with business speed, risk, and opportunity.
You will:
- Lead legal strategy across all real estate transactions
- Own and refine the creation, negotiation, and governance of key documents including LOIs, PSAs, operating agreements, PPMs, JV structures, fund docs, and partnership agreements
- Draft and manage all contracts across the organization—vendor, consultant, service, and operational agreements
- Act as an internal business partner across divisions, understanding not just the legal side of decisions—but the economic and operational consequences
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to align business and legal strategies
- Navigate complex negotiations with external counterparties including investors, sellers, buyers, contractors, and lenders
- Oversee risk, compliance, litigation, insurance, and dispute resolution strategies at both corporate and asset levels
- Be prepared to operate at multiple altitudes—strategic, tactical, and operational—as needed
