As a Permanent Hybrid Associate-Attorney, you will have the uniqueopportunity to work with a dynamic team in the Legal industry,specifically in Employment Litigation. This role will require youto utilize your extensive experience in drafting, responding, andarguing motions, as well as defending depositions. You will also beexpected to use your knowledge and experience in labor andemployment law, class action defense, and PAGA matters. Thisposition requires a strong academic background, excellentcredentials, and exceptional writing and analytical skills. Youmust be licensed to practice law in California and have a minimumof 3 years of experience as an associate attorney.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to: 1. Draftand respond to initial pleadings and argue motions in court. 2.Defend depositions and represent clients in labor and employmentlaw matters. 3. Handle class action defense and PAGA matters. 4.Provide legal advice to clients on a range of employment lawissues. 5. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to supportcase preparation. 6. Collaborate with a team of attorneys andparalegals to develop legal strategies. 7. Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of California labor and employment laws.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 1. A Juris Doctoratefrom an accredited law school. 2. License to practice law in thestate of California. 3. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience as anassociate attorney. 4. Extensive experience in drafting,responding, and arguing motions. 5. Proven ability to defenddepositions. 6. Solid experience in labor and employment law. 7.Experience in class action defense and PAGA matters. 8. Strongacademic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills.9. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to handle largevolumes of work. 10. Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team andindependently.
