Salary:

Job Details Due to growth, we havean immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney with abackground in Civil Litigation, preferably Insurance Defense. Alllevels of experience will be considered!

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation mattersConduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials.

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop casestrategies. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to theFlorida Bar. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Seniorlevel candidates will be highly considered as well. Stronganalytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as partof a team. Interested in hearing more?
