Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time LegalIntake Specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospectiveclients and empathize with them on the details of their cases,manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyersbook and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training andresources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit,supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities:
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with ourpractice, while listening to all phone calls in an empatheticmanner
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our casemanagement system to streamline new client onboarding and currentclient files
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managingspreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribingnotes to make sure all processes run smoothly
- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships withother attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help growour prospective client base
- Manage attorney schedules, including prospective clientconsultations, to foster caseload growth
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically amust
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computerskills
- Previous legal experience a plus
- Previous experience with CRM and case management softwaredesired
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
