Litigation Attorney Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Description:

Our growing personal injury law firm is looking for anexperienced, detail-oriented attorney to join our litigation team.

The primary responsibilities will be handling complex legalresearch and writing, with a focus on high-level cases inlitigation. This is a full-time, in-office position in our downtownJacksonville office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research on intricate legal issues
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs for personal injurycases
• Collaborate with the litigation team on strategy and casepreparation
• Attend hearings and trials when necessary to support litigationefforts
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meetdeadlines

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation(preferred)
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in simple, clearlanguage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple casessimultaneously
