Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file documents related to real estate closings , title transfers, and leases. Draft wills, trusts, healthcare directives, powers of attorney , and other estate planning documents. Manage probate administration , including court filings, asset inventories, and correspondence with heirs and beneficiaries. Assist in forming and maintaining business entities , including drafting corporate documents, annual filings, and maintaining corporate records. Coordinate with title companies, financial institutions, and clients on transactional matters. Communicate professionally with clients, guiding them through the legal process and ensuring a smooth experience. Maintain and organize client files, calendars, deadlines, and correspondence with attention to accuracy and compliance. Conduct legal research and due diligence as needed. Support attorneys with drafting correspondence, legal memoranda, and filing legal documents.

Qualifications:

5+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on real estate , estate planning , probate , or corporate law . Paralegal certification or equivalent law firm experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems. Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
