Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Serve as first-chair trial counsel in personal injury cases, from pre-trial motions to verdict. Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip-and-falls, and premises liability. Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations with opposing counsel. Develop case strategies, prepare compelling trial materials, and deliver persuasive courtroom arguments. Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure seamless case progression and client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Licensed to practice law in Florida (active and in good standing). Preferably licensed in Georgia (but not required). At least 3-5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record of first-chair trial experience in personal injury cases. A hard-working, self-motivated attorney who thrives under pressure and loves the thrill of trial work. Skilled communicator with the ability to connect with clients, juries, and colleagues. Comfortable working remotely with strong organizational and time-management skills. Passionate about advocating for plaintiffs and securing justice for the injured.
