Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Develop andimplement customized estate plans including wills, trusts(revocable, irrevocable, charitable, GRATs, etc.), powers ofattorney, and advance directives. Advise clients on complex wealthmanagement strategies, including tax minimization, generationalwealth transfer, business succession planning, and charitablegiving. Manage probate and trust administration processes andrepresent clients in guardianship and fiduciary matters.
Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionalsto coordinate holistic wealth preservation strategies. Stay currenton changes in estate and gift tax laws, trust law, and Floridaprobate procedures. Draft and review legal documents with highattention to detail, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients byproviding compassionate, strategic counsel. Participate in businessdevelopment efforts, including seminars, client outreach, andnetworking events.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited lawschool Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar 5 years ofexperience in estate planning, wealth management, and trust andestate law LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred)Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and familiesStrong analytical, drafting, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple client matters with a high level oforganization and attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
