We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, with a particular focus on workers compensation, personal injury, and construction defect litigation. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities Assist senior attorneys in preparing and managing cases
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Represent clients in negotiations and court appearances
Manage communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Assist in the development of case strategies and legal arguments
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to workers compensation and personal injury
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive case management Qualifications Jurisdictions license to practice law
2-4+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Workers comp, or Personal Injury J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong understanding of workers compensation and personal injury law
Experience in litigation and trial preparation
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Previous experience in construction defect cases is a plus
