We are seeking a motivated Associate•Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist in handling a variety of litigation matters, contributing to the preparation of cases and providing support to senior attorneys in all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Participate in trial preparation and attend trials as required.
Manage case files and maintain communication with clients regarding case updates.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal arguments.
Draft correspondence and legal briefs as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
1-3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil litigation preferred.
Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in legal research tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
