Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Lawyer with a strong background in personal injury law. While jury trial experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with a deep commitment to advocating for injured clients. This role demands expertise in personal injury law, top-notch negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated record of courtroom success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases from initiation through resolution, handling all aspects of litigation.
• Conduct thorough case investigations, gathering evidence such as witness statements, medical records, and expert opinions.
• Prepare and file essential legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and pleadings.
• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Perform legal drafting and research.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Present cases effectively in court, including jury trials, cross-examinations, and persuasive argumentation.
• Work closely with support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, for efficient case management.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal options.
• Stay informed of developments in personal injury law, leveraging relevant precedents in case strategy.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 3+ years handling plaintiffs’ personal injury cases preferred.
• Proven success with jury trials in personal injury cases.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, particularly in torts, negligence, and damages.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and litigation skills.
• Self-sufficient with strong caseload management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High professional ethics, integrity, and dedication to client service.
