Associate Attorney Bitflow Innovative Group Inc Burlington, VT 05401 Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level to mid-level Associate Attorney to join our Intellectual Property (IP) and Business + Transactions practice groups. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, from startups to international corporations, across various industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support on matters involving intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, and general business law. Support clients throughout the business lifecycle – from formation to ownership transition. Collaborate with attorneys in related practice areas, including commercial real estate and tax. Work with domestic clients and assist in providing U.S. legal services to international clients, particularly from Canada and other countries. Engage in professional development and contribute to firm initiatives, including pro bono and charitable efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law, or eligible to practice in Vermont. Patent Bar membership or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar (preferred, not required). 0-5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property and/or business law. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and communication skills. Motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player.

$82,000.00 – $122,000.00 per year
