The ideal candidate is a young attorney who would like to learn Family Law. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced attorneys while providing exceptional legal services to our clients. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing cases, conducting legal research, and participating in negotiations and litigation. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in personal injury cases and other legal matters. Represent clients in court proceedings, and mediations, as necessary. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy development and implementation. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient case management. Skills Ability to use Microsoft Office programs. Ability to learn project management software. Willing to learn and work under the direction of the Director and Deputy Directors.
