Role Description This is a full-time role for an Attorney at Chistolini Law located in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting discovery and research, case analysis, and providing support to senior attorneys. They will also assist with case management, client communication, and attending hearings, depositions, and inspections. The position entails a wide range of legal matters and providing day-to-day representation of corporate and individual clients. Applicant should be self-motivated, detail oriented, and open to learning and working in a team-environment. Strong legal writing skills and a desire to try cases are a must, and a knowledge of medicine/anatomy is preferred.
