THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Contracts focused – In house Counsel with a proven ability to manage complex legal work with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. This full-time role is ideal for a legal professional with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management. As the company’s internal legal resource, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all aspects of contract review, drafting, and negotiation—with a particular focus on client agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs. You’ll also provide general legal support across departments and help build scalable processes for contract lifecycle management. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the way we manage risk and structure our business relationships.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams—including Finance, Sales, Operations, and People—to ensure our contracts support business goals while minimizing legal and operational risk. You will be the go-to legal advisor for the business and will help establish a strong legal foundation for long-term growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and client service contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters across the organization. Provide legal guidance on contract terms, business risks, and regulatory compliance. Develop, maintain, and improve standard contract templates and internal legal workflows. Support corporate governance, including entity management and board documentation. Organize and track legal documents, key terms, and contract renewals with precision. Partner with external counsel (US and International) on specialized legal matters as needed. Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments that could impact the business. Provide guidance on internal policies, HR matters, and strategic initiatives as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Florida Minimum 4 years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts. Proven ability to manage complex legal work with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience working independently and advising cross-functional teams. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or legal operations tools is a plus. Experience supporting global operations or international contracts is a plus.
PREFERRED
Background in employment law, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), or intellectual property. Experience supporting global operations or international contracts. Ability to assess legal risk and offer clear, business-minded solutions.
