Job Description
Employment Law Shareholder (10+ years) – attorney specializing in employment law for our Tampa office. We advise and defend clients on discrimination issues, discharges, harassment claims, discrimination, reductions in force, EEOC claims, FMLA, etc… We also assist with legal and regulatory compliance, policies and handbooks. A portable practice is expected, with experience building a practice and working with other attorneys to enhance service to clients and growth of the practice.
