Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and a passion for helping clients secure their futures. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and elder law issues. Utilize WealthCounsel drafting software to create customized legal documents. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver exceptional client service. Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing with no disciplinary history. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning law. Proficiency with WealthCounsel drafting software. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
