Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP, an AV-rated, civil litigation firm, has an opening in its Tampa office for an Extra-Contractual and coverage first-party property attorney position. This group handles first-party property Extra-Contractual issues at all stages, including Extra-Contractual litigation, and first-party property coverage issues at all stages. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in these areas.
The candidate must:
have excellent writing and analytical skills; possess great time-management and communication skills; enjoy working in a team-oriented environment; be detail-oriented; be able to handle numerous projects at once in a wide variety of cases, some on an emergency basis; and have verifiable relevant work experience.
