Are you a seasoned Family LawAttorney with a passion for championing the rights of families? Weare seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled FamilyLaw Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanentposition that will involve representing clients in all stages offamily law cases, including divorce, paternity, and adoption. Theideal candidate will have a strong litigation/trial background, acommitment to ethical and empathetic legal care, and a knack forhandling sensitive and confidential information with the utmostdiscretion. It’s a challenging role that requires a high level oforganization and the ability to manage multiple casessimultaneously.

Responsibilities:

As a Family Law Attorney, yourprimary responsibilities will include: 1. Represent clients in allstages of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce,paternity, and adoption. 2. Utilize your strong litigation/trialexperience to advocate for clients in court. 3. Attend hearings,mediations, depositions, and trials as required. 4. Handlesensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretionand professionalism. 5. Manage multiple cases simultaneously,ensuring each case receives the attention and care it deserves. 6.Provide compassionate, ethical, and empathetic legal care to allclients, understanding that each case is unique and deeplypersonal. 7. Maintain excellent written and verbal communicationwith clients, the court, and other legal professionals. 8. Stayupdated on current laws and regulations within the family lawfield.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Family LawAttorney position will have the following qualifications: 1. JurisDoctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to the StateBar and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience infamily law. 4. Proven litigation/trial experience. 5. Experienceattending hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. 6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Highlyorganized with the ability to handle multiple cases at once. 8.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion. 9. Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate,ethical, and empathetic legal care to clients. 10. Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsand understand their needs.
