If you’re a motivated attorney with a passion for complex litigation and client advocacy, this is your opportunity. Position Overview We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience, ideally with a background in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a litigation caseload, contributing to high-stakes matters, and working closely with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents
Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation strategies
Advise clients on legal and economic aspects of disputes
Participate in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at a regional or national law firm
Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Demonstrated initiative, maturity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits 150k-185k Salary
