Florida Bar License is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial personal injury law experience.
JOB DUTIES
Managing the day-to day handling of a full case load with pre-suit and litigation files Manage and provide training as need to support staff Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills Screen potential clients Investigating claims and gather evidence Documenting injuries and expenses Calculating damages Interviewing witnesses Reviewing medical documents Representing client through trial Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.
