RESPONSIBILITES
Manage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings and motions Represent clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS J.D.
from an accredited law school 3+ years in general liability or professional liability defense Active license/ In good standing to practice law
