Litigation Attorney (Onsite Only) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33605 Our client, a high-performing boutique trial firm located in Ybor City, is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience and a proven history of strong tenure . This is a fully onsite position (5 days a week) . The firm is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation to individuals injured due to negligence or recklessness. They pride themselves on smaller caseloads that allow for a deep dive into each matter, enabling them to deliver personalized service and powerful results-from auto accidents to complex insurance bad faith litigation.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience handling litigation in both state and federal courts Background in personal injury or related claims (preferred but not required) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to also thrive independently A long-term commitment mindset with a consistent work history
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in Florida In good standing with the Florida Bar Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $120,000 – $200,000 , commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and more
