As we continue to expand our visibility and client base, we’re looking for a Marketing Director to help take our brand to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the marketing arm of a growing firm with massive potential.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director with a holistic understanding of the marketing landscape —someone who can manage multiple streams simultaneously, from social media content creation to agency coordination and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate directly with the firm’s leadership and have full ownership of our brand presence, both online and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all marketing efforts across digital, social, and local channels. Oversee relationships with outside agencies handling website management, SEO, and paid advertising (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging social media content and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) in-house to increase engagement and brand visibility. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications. Develop community outreach strategies and local marketing campaigns to build awareness. Monitor performance metrics and provide insight-driven strategy recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with a broad, well-rounded skill set . Experience working in or with a law firm is required . Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compelling social media content and video. Excellent project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable wearing many hats and operating with autonomy. Why Join Us?
