Paralegal (Commercial Real Estate Law/Litigation) Temp Experts Tampa, FL 33602 Paralegal (Commercial Real Estate Law/Litigation) Tampa, FL Direct Hire TempExperts is hiring for a Paralegal with Commercial Real Estate Law and Litigation Experience to join a prestigious law firm in the Tampa, FL area. This is a direct hire opportunity! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience and comfortable managing the full spectrum of commercial real estate transaction responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate due diligence for commercial and residential real estate transactions. Review title commitments, exception documents, and surveys. Administer contract critical dates and manage closing checklists. Assist with and coordinate closings, including document preparation. Attend to post-closing requirements and prepare closing indices and binders. Draft and review business and real estate contracts. Review and summarize UCC, judgment, tax, and lien searches. Prepare and file various documents including deeds and mortgages
Requirements:
Florida Registered Paralegal preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a commercial real estate paralegal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and Aderant. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
