The associate’s practice will focus on an array of business succession, estate and charitable planning, tax-exempt organizations and tax and business transaction matters. The PWS practice includes succession and tax planning for individuals and businesses, including corporate, LLC, partnership and estate planning for closely held and family-owned businesses. The applicant must have an LL.M. in Taxation, excellent academic credentials and strong document drafting skills. Florida Bar Membership required. Open to candidates who are not currently admitted in Florida but will take the necessary steps to do so. Candidates with fiduciary (trusts/estates) administration experience preferred or alternatively have a willingness to learn about these areas.
