Requirements:

3+ years of experience focused on Plaintiff Workers Compensation Litigation Based in Florida for the past 20+ years, we are a distinguished personal injury law firm committed to advocating for individuals affected by negligence. We have offices throughout Florida and are hiring within our Tampa and Orlando offices. Our firm has built a reputation for providing personalized, attentive legal representation across Florida. Due to consistent growth and continued success, we are looking to hire an Attorney that has Plaintiff-Sidewd Workers Compensation experience. We are looking to hire an Attorney that has experience experience with Plaintiff sided Workers Compensation cases. The ideal candidate will have 1st chair trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
experience with depositions, and hearings, mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
