Family Law Paralegal – 3yrs exp required Remsen Family Law Firm Tavares, FL 32778 Established and fast-paced family law firm in Tavares is looking for a full-time family law paralegal. Applicants MUST have 3-5 years of experience in family law in Florida. Must be organized, good at multitasking, polite, possess excellent phone etiquette, able to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. Must be computer literate with experience using Word and Outlook. Experience with Clio is a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling all aspects of family law cases Assisting attorney Scheduling hearings and depositions Managing the attorney’s calendar Drafting of notices and other pleadings Drafting discovery responses/mandatory disclosure Billing clients General office functions Please send resume and cover letter with salary requirements .
