Our client, a faith-based Law Firm located near Fort Myers, FL provides expert legal representation in estate planning, trusts, business law, real estate, etc. for both individuals and businesses. The Associate Attorneys will be responsible for both, Personal law as well as Business law duties. The client will provide training for the right individuals. The ideal candidate will have the following: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing 1 to 3+ years of experience as an Associate Attorney Analytical, legal research, and writing skills Understand the importance of creating rapport, developing trust and becoming a holistic advisor for clients and their families Understanding of estate and tax planning, business planning and elder law a plus Client offers a base salary (based on experience) and the following benefits: Medical (Co. pays 100% of employees premium and contributes to dependents premium), vision, Dental, Life, Disability and a 401K w/match.
