Associate Attorney Yeslow, Koeppel & Anderson, P.A. 5268 Summerlin Commons Way, Fort Myers, FL 33907 Job Overview We seek a motivated attorney (or a highly qualified recently graduated law student awaiting Florida Bar results) who is prompt, diligent, and a quick learner. A qualified candidate must be a strong and efficient writer. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the industry, but prior experience is not required for a candidate that is willing to be trained and work independently. Duties Drafting and reviewing case documents, pleadings, discovery, and motions. Representing clients in depositions, court hearings, mediations, and other litigation events. Regularly communicating with clients via written and oral communication. Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and practical case management. Upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence in client service and ethical standards. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar and eligibility to practice law in the State of Florida is highly preferred, though applications who are taking the July 2025 bar will also be considered. Verifiable experience in insurance defense or litigation is also preferred, though not required. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.
