Salary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of insurancelitigation experience and a strong background in tort law. Thisrole involves a wide range of litigation responsibilities,including: Drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions Evaluatingcases and developing litigation strategies Responding to discoveryrequests Preparing and arguing motions in court Attending hearings,depositions, and mediations Meeting with clients and negotiatingsettlements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accreditedlaw school Active member in good standing with the Florida BarMinimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience Exceptionallegal writing and analytical skills Strong work ethic andorganizational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Interested in hearing more?
