Salary:

Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Condo/Real Estate Attorney to joinour Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in condominium and planned development law, as well asgeneral real estate transactions. This position involves workingclosely with clients to provide comprehensive legal servicesrelated to real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
ClientRepresentation:
Represent clients in all stages of real estatetransactions, including negotiations, drafting, and reviewingpurchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and other relateddocuments.
Condominium and Planned Development Law:
Provide legalcounsel to community associations, including drafting and amendinggoverning documents, advising on compliance with state and federallaws, and representing associations in disputes.
TransactionalWork:
Handle a variety of real estate transactions, includingacquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.
Legal Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough legal research andanalysis to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
Dispute Resolution:
Represent clients in real estate litigation,including mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
ClientCommunication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to keepthem informed about the status of their cases and address anyconcerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law,with a focus on condominium and planned development law.
Licensure:
Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Skills:
Exceptional writing and analytical skills, strong workethic, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
Attributes:
Ability to handle sensitive and confidentialinformation with discretion, work collaboratively andindependently, and provide high-quality legal services to clients.
