Description We are looking for a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team in Cape Coral, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in providing legal expertise to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, including contract negotiation, litigation, and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Offer legal advice and guidance on a variety of corporate legal issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Represent the organization in litigation proceedings and manage dispute resolution processes.
• Develop and maintain non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents to protect the company’s intellectual property.
• Negotiate settlements and manage legal risks effectively to safeguard the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors to address contractual obligations and resolve legal concerns.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure legal policies are consistently applied and updated to reflect changes in regulations. Requirements
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. . Preparing Liens
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and dispute resolution.
• Expertise in handling legal issues related to corporate operations.
• Familiarity with vendor agreements and settlements.
• Proficiency in creating and managing non-disclosure agreements.
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve complex legal matters.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
