InsuranceDefense Attorney Your Day-to-Day:

Draft and review substantivepleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.

Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings,and settlement negotiations. Must be proficient in the use of Word,Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Communicate in a highlyeffective manner with colleagues and clients Ability to work in afast-paced, evolving environment Requirements Previous experiencecivil litigation experience, particularly in the areas of InsuranceDefense, a plus
