1. Manage and oversee allaspects of our clients’ trust and estate planning, including thedrafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health caredirectives. 2. Provide comprehensive legal counsel on mattersrelated to trust administration, probate, estate tax, and otherrelated issues. 3. Collaborate with clients to develop strategiesthat will effectively meet their estate planning goals whileminimizing potential legal risks. 4. Conduct thorough legalresearch and stay updated on the latest developments in trust andestate law. 5. Represent clients in probate court proceedings andhandle trust and estate litigation matters. 6. Liaise with otherattorneys, tax professionals, and financial advisors to ensure allaspects of the client’s estate plan are well-coordinated. 7.Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’strusts and estates practice.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice lawin Connecticut and/or New York. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experienceas a trust and estates associate attorney. 4. Exceptionalinterpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong clientrelationships. 5. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal conceptsto clients. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with akeen attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently andmanage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity. 8.Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level ofintegrity.
